Thank you for Me (30)

 30
Thank you that I make footprints in the snow even when I try not to.

Thank you for that time I slipped and hit my head really hard and there was no damage damage damage damage.

Thank you that I don’t remember most of the time whether or not people look at me when they say things.

Thank you that my hair looks like gold under some lights when I look really closely at it.

Thank you for my feet. Thank you for when they work.  Thank you for when they don’t work too.  I like it when they do not work sometimes because it gives me something.  I am sometimes special because my feet don't work. I should not like it for this reason, but I somehow do.  I’m glad that my feet hurt too much to walk sometimes.  Thank you that I get to be so grateful when I can walk, and when my feet don't hurt anymore.

Thank you that I figured out that I love running.

Thank you that I figured out that I love hiking.

Thank you for the time that Holly and I hiked that mountain trail in Kanab and we sat out on that rock and we looked over the valley. That was wonderful.  It was such a beautiful view, and I felt good, and I felt so close to my sister.  Thank you so much that I made the decision to do that instead of just staying at the condo.

Thank you that I love lists. Thank you that I love love love love lists.

Thank you that I express myself using lists like these.

Thank you that I had this idea for the thank yous.

Thank you for the times that I am completely and utterly honest.

Thank you that most of the time when I give compliments to people, I mean them, completely, and completely earnestly.

Thank you that I have this desire to make other people happy.

Thank you for the talent I have for writing.

Thank you for the talent I have for reading.

Thank you that even when I am fried this semester, I still have a desire to do better than I have.

Thank you that I want to progress.

Thank you that I learn sometimes. Not often, and not always well, but sometimes.

Thank you that I have the ability to become close to people.

Thank you that I have the ability to forgive once in awhile, and that I have the potential to one day make it more than once in awhile if I really truly try.

Thank you for my toes and fingers.

Thank you that I am generous.  Thank you that I have this strong desire to give to others.

Thank you that I can feel the spirit of Christmas.

Thank you that I can feel the spirit of Easter
